We are excited to announce that this year’s Summer Bowl, the national final of our NFL Flag program will be held on July 3rd 2019 at the brand new NFL field at Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium in North London. This will be a flag tournament like no other and teams will have the opportunity to be among the first American football players to play on the new ground.
Unlike previous years, attendance to Summer Bowl is only possible by qualification via a regional NFL Flag tournament. A member of our community team should have been in touch with you or your lead school, to provide details of upcoming tournaments that you will be able to enter. If you have not received any information please get in contact with us or your lead school asap. Tournament dates will be set over this May and June. The registration deadline for regional tournaments is Monday 13th May.
The winning team of each regional tournament will have transport provided by the NFL to attend the Summer Bowl with the day being attended by current NFL players who will be playing at Tottenham or Wembley as part of this years London Games series.
The NFL Flag programme is now active in 17 parts of the U.K and is growing each year. We thank you for all of your hard work over the year giving children an opportunity to take part in the sport.
