Hi All,
One of our schools has requested to bring a couple of year 4 runners as their year 5’s are all away on the date of the Cross Country Event. I have said that this is ok, so long as they are definitely strong enough runners and only if this enables the school to enter a full scoring team i.e. six girls and six boys. Therefore the same will obviously apply to all schools and the year 4s will run in the year 5’s race.So to clarify if you have exceptional year 4 runners they can take part but not if you have more than 14 runners entered. Hopefully this makes sense but if not please don’t hesitate to call me.
